Gratitude Scrapbook

Gratitude scrapbook of the people I love.

A gratitude scrapbook or collages can be a very creative outlet and a active way of putting on paper what you DO, HAVE and ARE in your life and allows you to be more appreciative.

Your Scrapbook and Vision Board

If we are willing to hold a vision for the future with the help of your vision board, it is equally important to have a clear vision of what is already here, in the NOW, and give thanks for that.

Power of love, what is love, the people I love.

Of course, like any Mom, I am most thankful for my children. So I created some pages in my scrapbook with pictures of them. I also cut out words and sentences to emphasize my feelings of appreciation.

The one on the left says: "Close to heaven." (That's how I feel when I see how much my kids have grown and accomplished!)

You can do the same. I even used pictures from different ages to remember triumphs, hurdles, goals and achievements I would otherwise forget.

You can also paste some of their drawings and paintings if that brings a smile to your face. Anything that reminds you of all the blessings you have had in the past and more importantly that you have NOW.

Your Gratitude Scrapbook

Be creative. Make your scrapbook with pictures and images of people and things dear to you. Make pages with different themes. You can get ideas from the gratitude list here. A good idea to keep in mind is to categorize them by:

  • Who you ARE

  • What you DO

  • What you HAVE

Materials You'll Need

  • Construction paper white or any color you like.

  • Old magazines you don't mind cutting up.

  • Scissors.

  • Pictures that you don't mind gluing on to paper or board. It's a good idea to have copies so you don't use your original photos.

  • Glue or sticky tape.

Let me know how you do with your scrapbook and vision board by emailing your experience through my contact me page. I would love to hear from you. And if you give your permission I will share your comments here at how-to-grow-success.com

To your success.

It grows first underground;
