In her writings, Elizabeth Towne acknowledges the importance of our emotions, especially when it comes to practicing the law of attraction. She writes of how important it is to get excited about the things to come. However, she also urges us to learn to handle them so that they may guide us along our journey to success and not hinder us. This week practice observing your emotions. Identify them: "Am I glad?" "I am sad?" "...mad?" "...scared...loving?" You'll get better at identifying your emotions the more you practice.
