The Nautilus Ezine

Self-Help Through Self-Knowledge

The Nautilus Shell, the chambered nautilus poem, Oliver Wendell Holmes, the nautilus magazine, new thought movement, elizabeth towne, law of attraction book, abundance and prosperity, mindpower.

"Build thee more stately mansions, oh my soul!
As the swift seasons roll! Leave thy low vaulted past!
Let each new temple nobler than the last,
Shut thee from heaven with a dome more vast,
Till thou at length art free,
Leaving thine outgrown shell by life's unresting sea!"

-Oliver Wendell Holmes

In this issue:

Happy New Year 2012!

Hope you had great holiday! I also hope you were able to rest up and recharge by spending time with your family.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been thinking about my kind readers and thought I'd share a wonderful quote that truly embodies what Elizabeth Towne always told her students and readers, which is to take ONE day at a time, slow and steady wins the race.

With many of us making New Year's resolutions that sometimes tend to be impossible to keep. Does that happen to you? Well, my advise to you today and for this 2012 is to take baby steps! Keep it simple, keep it doable.

Remember the Nautilus Shell and it's meaning? Go read it again here in The Meaning of The Nautilus. This is how nature intends us to grow. So let's follow the chambered Nautilus' example.

Here's the quote. I hope you enjoy it and let it sink in for a while. Please remember also to live slowly and enjoy the scenery!

Good things are not done by impulse,
but by a series of small things brought together.

~ Vincent Van Gogh

One final note. As many of you know, I retired from dancing with the city ballet a few years back. Yet I continue to love ballet and it has been a dream of mine for quite some time to start a blog where I can share my love for this beautiful art form.

Well, I finally made my dream come true and I want to share with you my new website. It's ClassicalBalletNews.com!

It's my pride and joy. So won't you come over and enjoy learning about upcoming ballerinas; peek behind the scenes in to what really goes on in dressing rooms and at rehearsals with me. Here's the link: www.classicalballetnews.com

I hope you enjoy reading and viewing all the posts and videos as much as I enjoy writing each post and sharing them with you. See you there!

As Elizabeth Towne would say:

Dearies,

Now go out and plant seeds of success!

Until next time...

To your growing success,

Romy Macias, founder of How to Grow Success, abundance and prosperity, law of attraction book, elizabeth towne, new thought movement, the nautilus, inspirational quotes, success secrets.
